Pleated Plaid Trousers

I was so curious about this pattern from BurdaStyle 12/2017.
I bought the fabric at stoffogstil.no and my plan was to use it as lining for a jacket,
but then I realized it would be nice for these pants as well.
When sewing with plaid fabric it's all about cutting the pieces very carefully
so the squares matches exactly.

The Waistcoat is an earlier project, and so is the Wool Top

  1. I didn't like the check in the magazine, but your version looks great.

  2. The pants are great! I love all the design elements : high waist, front pleats , slash pockets... now I feel sorry I didn't got this Burda number! I might need to buy the separate pattern! Looks great on you!
