Top - Adrienne 💜

Image
Choice of fabric is everything!  I found this fabric in my stash and thought it would be nice for an Adrienne blouse. I have combined it with lilac cotton jersey for the sleeves. As you can see, I have tried to use the picture in front even though it was not so easy. The newspaper ended up on the back side 😉 Blouse from Fridaypatterncompany.

Boy's T-Shirt 👕

T-shirt for the Super-Boys! Kids loves to wear comfortable T-shirts made of cotton jersey. It's great for playing and perfect for summer! ☼ The good thing is that I can use left over fabric  since I don't need so much fabric to make these.

Bat Sleeves!

This is the rest of the crazy fabric I had left! It's always great to use a pop-up color and the combination with  the green bat-sleeves makes the top more interesting 👀   I have used a double layer of fabric for the neckline, turned it inside and sewn in place. This is how I do the hem for the sleeves. I normally pin needles and iron it first before using the coverlock machine or a twin needle. The top is finished and it will be nice to wear on a holiday! I have made a  Great Top  of the same pattern earlier :) The hem is hi-low, and that is a great detail. BurdaStyle pattern #109 02/2019

Ready for Summer 🌞

This is a nice wrap pattern that I really like! 💫 Viscose jersey is great to use to make such a top. Instead of turning the bias around the neck into the top,  I have used a double needle and stitched it on so you can see the bias. The shoulders of the sleeves are sewn together with the front- and back parts first,  and then it's very easy sewing the bias, and the side and sleeve seams thereafter.   BurdaStyle pattern 02/2020

Pullover with Tucks!

Image
I'm always curious to try new patterns and this was no exception! I have used sweatshirt fabric together with chenille fabric. I made the tucks as in the instruction, but the tucks became very stiff  so I pulled out the cords and then it was better.  The collar, hemline and sleeves are made of chenille fabric,  so the jumper is very soft and comfortable to wear.  BurdaStyle 03/2021

Present for a Good Friend 💖

Image
I made an Adrienne blouse as a birthday present for my good friend 💕 She is very nice in all shades of blue, and I chose this denim color of a soft jersey for her. This is a great pattern that I like very much. The wide sleeves is the statement of this blouse. The blouse has rubberband at the shoulders and at the hem of the sleeves. The sleeves are very wide compare to the front part. Adrienne blouse from Fridaypatterncompany.  My good Friends wearing their new blouses! 💗
