I fell in love with this pattern, and wanted to make the dress for a birthday girl💖 I have used denim linen that are very soft an delicious to wear. I stitched the pockets for the front parts first. Then the front parts are stitched together, and also top-stitched. The zipper is stitched in place at the back seam. The flounces are stitched at the top of the shoulders, and I made to layers of flounces. Then I had to make the facing for the upper part. The facing are stitched around the arm-holes and around the neck. Then the side seams are stitched, and the dress is finished :) She is a Cutie and loves to play 😊 The hem for the flounces are stitched with narrow zig-zag. Ottobre kids 01/2024

I like this a pattern so much that I had to make it over again! The first one  I made was in my favorite colour! I bought washed linen from Lithuania, but unfortunately I just got 0,70 meter, therefore I had to combine the fabric with white linen for the sleeves. I was lucky that I could manage to cut out all these pieces of the denim linen. I stitched all the parts for the front parts togheter. I also top stitched the seams. Then I stitched the back parts togehether. I had to stitch the lapels in place for the collar. Then I stitched the top collar and the facing in place. The sleeve, and the cuff are stitched together. I have used pattent buttons that I found on the web. The jacket are finishd and I'm supe happy with it! :) Patrones pattern magazine 05/2011
