Flower Blouse🌺🌺🌺

Image
I thought this lovely flower fabric was great for a new blouse🌸 This is a pattern I have tried before when I made my  Linen Blouse   I cut all the parts, and iron vliseline on the button parts, and the collar parts. The facing for the button-list are iron double and to the inside. Both the outher- and inner yok are stitched to the back panel. The collar are stitched together and the hand-stitched to the inside. Then the sleeves has to come. The fabric I have used is viscose and it's very delicious to wear. Näahtrends Magazine 02/2024

Blouse with Asymmetric Collar!

Image
I fell in love with this fabulous retro fabric that I bought at  Meretes Atelier Lysthuset I have used a combo of two patterns, and I wanted to make a asymmetric collar on the blouse. At first, I made the slits at the back. I stitched the shoulder seams together, and then the collar around the neck. I hand-stitched the seam on the inside. Then I stitched the side seams, - and the short sleeves. I made a little loop for the button at the back. I have used a combination of these two pattern: BurdaStyle 06/2015, and Patrones pattern 06/2015

Christmas present!

I wanted to surprice our little granddaughter with this dress. The fabric is batic-cotton that I think is very nice. I iron the pleats in place before stitching a seam at the neck. I stitched the invisible zipper in place at the back panels, before I stitched the back-seam. The short sleeves are pleated at the shoulders, and gathered at the hem.  The buttons in front are just for decoration. I made a loop for the button at the back of the neck. Jersey Dress & Jacket!

Image
I travelled to Stavanger with my friend and of course we found som very nice fabric :) I decided to make a dress I saw in BurdaStyle 02/25,  but since I had more fabric left I made a cardigan as well! I have used the cardigan pattern once before when I made my Wool Cardigan . The fabric is black on the wrong side, and it's a bit heavier than normal jersey. I stitched the darts on the back panels, and also the facing for the back-neck. The sleeves are short. This it the upper layer of the front pantel. I had to stitch the upper-layer panel together with the under-layer.  BurdaStyle #110 02/2025 These are the parts for the cardigan. The princess seams are stitched together, and the collar are stitched in place. Then I stitched the sleeves together with the cardigan. and I found some nice buttons in my stash :) BurdaStyle pattern #113 03/2025 I was wearing my dress when we had a birthday party for a friend :)
