Wool Jacket

Merino wool is delicious this time of year! I love long jackets and it's great to wear over a dress, skirt and trousers. I have combined two fabric which I bought at It's an easy pattern with pockets and a belt at the waist. I have combined the fabrics on the pockets as well since I didn't have enough fabric πŸ˜‰ I have only used one cover button with a push button underneath. I'm wearing my  Wool Dress with Leaves  underneath. The pattern is from BurdaStyle 01/2012

Chiffon Blouse

Chiffon can be difficult to work with, but it's worth the effort! I have combinde plain black together with this lovely chiffon with flowers 🌸🌸🌸    Since I didn't have the fabric that I needed,  I bought a dress in a shop which was perfect together with the black chiffon :) The buttons looks like "diamonds" and are a nice detail.  The pattern is from BurdaStyle issue 10/2019. Since the blouse is transparent I'm wearing a black top underneath.

Refashion with Wool & Scarf

It's getting cooler during these days, and it's great to wear  a warm dress πŸ’œ When you have a dress which you are not happy with since it's a bit short, then it's easy to cut it apart.. The blue jacket was a bit short too, so I have cut of the waistband and used it as a top. I have used the Lilac Sweater  for an earlier refashion dress, but the sleeves were available! I have turned them inside out because of bumps from earlier use..   I also had a bit left for the belt at the waist. The scarf is a great decoration for the dress and I fell in love with this when I was in Copenhagen a while ago :) I have also made another refashion Dress with Scarf earlier. BurdaStyle Pattern

"Superman" in action with his new T-shirt and shorts!πŸ’₯   The kids enjoy to pick both the fabric and the pattern for their clothes!  He has chosen both the fabric and the dinosaur. He were happy when he found the printed jersey with numbers πŸ˜„ White stitching is nice on black jersey,  and the yellow dinosaur is a great pop-up on the black shorts!  The pattern is from Ottobre 1/2018 Listening to the waves...

Kimono & Linen Curtain

This was the last curtain left of my red linen curtains... I love linen and since the curtain only was faded on the wrong side it was great to use. I found the kimono pattern in Simpicity Easy no. 3/2019  I have used the eyelets as decoration for the front upper part, and think it's a unique detail πŸ‘€ The pattern is very easy to sew with the sleeves together with the front and back panel, but I like the peplum witch are lower in front and higher at the back. I have used a double layer to finish the sleeve hem.

Holiday & Refashion!

I have been a huge fan of Desigual clothes, and I have bought many T-shirts to our boys.  Some of the shirts they don't use anymore, so therefore I'm lucky to use them for refashion ♻ This shirt was great for a skirt. I kept the button-opening at the front and made pockets where the sleeves has been placed. I cut the sleeves short since I wanted to make summer dress. The red sweater is made of a delicious knitted fabric  and was a great match together with the shirt. The neck was very wide so I turned it back-forward. The sleeves and bottom of the sweater can be nice to another garment later on..   My girlfriend took the pictures and we had a lot of fun! πŸ˜‚
