Denim Jacket! 💙

This is a pattern I was curious to try when I first saw it in BurdaStyle for September.
I have always wanted to make a denim jacket, and the sleeve makes it very unique!
The skirt is from an earlier post: Think Pink 💗

As you can see, the sleeves is rather cool :)

I stitched the inserts for the front parts.
Then I had to stitch the shoulder and the side-seams together.
The pocket flaps is top-stitched and button holes in place.

I stitched the button-lists, the facing and the hem in place.

The collar and the button-holes are made.

Then I stitched the sleeves together, and made the opening for the cuffs.

I top-stitched the seams before stitching the sleeves together.

Then the sleeves are stitched in place.

I'm Super Happy how the jacket turned out 😄

I used patent buttons for the jacket.

  1. I love your jacket and how the sleeve seam meets the bust dart.
