Batwing sweatshirt!

Image
This is an easy, but supercool sweatshirt to wear :) When I saw the pattern in BurdaStyle I just knew that I had to make it! I found this nice jersey in a local shop in Stavanger. The fabric had a stripe in the middle so I could use as a finish for the waist and the sleeves. I had to gather the waist and the sleeves before attaching the the double layer. This is one of my favorite color, and I love how it turned out :) BurdaStyle pattern #102 02/2026

Unicorn Sweater for a Sweetie 😍

Image
Our grand daughter loves to play and is full of ablegoys 😂   I thought she would be happy with this sweater and she wanted to wear it right away :) This is a panel I bought, and combined it with whit sweatshirt fabric. The neck- and sleeve band are bought at a web-shop.  Ottobre Kids Fashion 01/24 I have knitted a hat and kindergarten mittens as well💖

Jacket for a super Boy!

Image
I made a jacket with hoodie for our grandson for Christmas 🎄💖 I chose to use plain black jersey together with the sweatshirt fabric. The pocket are stitched right on the fabric, and I decided to use ribbon to cover the seam. The sleeve has an inserted black panel as well. The sleeves are stitched in place, I used jersey as a lining for the hoodie. Then the zipper is stitched in place, and I made an underlap for the zipper. Ottobre Kids 1/2009

Patrones Sweater!

This is a pattern I have wanted to try, but haven't found the right momente until now :) This was the leftovers after I made my Jacket and Skirt I love the orange fabric,  so I squeezed parts for this jumper :) I had to combine the sleeves with black, but that's make it more interesting :) I stitched the zipper in place at the back panels. This is the facing for around the neck. I wanted to have it comfy, so I didn't use vliseline. Patrones #22 12/2016

Sweatshirt Dress without sleeves

Image
I wanted to make a simple dress to have at the office.   Since I had this quilted sweatshirt in my stash, I decided to use it. Since I wanted to make the dress without sleeves, I made facing for the neck and the armholes. I stitched the zipper at the back before I stitched the shoulder- and the side seams. The facing around the neck and arm holes are stitched in place. BurdaStyle #105 09/2025
