Turtle-Neck Top!

Image
This is my favourite color for the time beeing! 💙 - and I love this pattern as well! I have made it several times and it's just fabulous! The gathered sleeves, both at the shoulders and for the cuffs, makes it very interesting. I have used wool fabric, so I have used it a lot lately. I have made  another version  with flower fabric earlier.   I have used BurdaStyle pattern #112 10/2021 I started with the shoulder and side seams before adding the turtle neck and sleeves. Top with Pleated sleeves!

Jersey is great for a top with pleated sleeves. The pattern is from BurdaStyle 02/21.  I usually like to have a wider neck, but this was not so bad anyway..   The neck-band is double and sewn with the over-lock machine. The pleats are sewn together and the pressed down in the middle. The sleeves is gathered at the top, and it gives a nice finish.  BurdaStyle pattern #103 02/2021

Wool for a Super Boy 🐑

Super Wool garments for a Super Boy!😄 This is a very comfy wool jersey from  Janus.no  of 80% merinowool. This outfit is great for playing and easy to use when working out in the rib walls! Since this young fellow are very slim at the waist I have used rubber band with buttonholes  so it's easy to adjust if it's necessary😉 These pants are made of another wool fabric. I think boys like to have pockets, so I decided to make both front-pockets and back-pocets. Ottobre Kids pattern 01/2018

Wool Dress for a Friend 💖

Image
This is one of the first pattern that I have bought in a sewing shop in the early 90's.  It should be a big sweater, but it's rather a dress 😊  The dress is made of a lovely wool fabrid, and I have combined the fabric  with parts from a knitted sweater that I had left in my refashion stash.   I started sewing the pockets to the front side panels,  and then stitch the front part and the side panels together.  The back panel is stitched together as well and the the upper part of the neck. I have used parts from the knitted sweater both as a finish for the neck and cuff for the sleeves.

Blouse with Wide Sleeves!

Image
I love colours with no exception! 😊 This is a soft cotton voile that is delicious to wear! The blouse is gathered at the shoulders.  It has empire waist with with rubberband and split with tie in the front. The sleeves has a rubberband in the middle and that makes a nice finish at the sleeve hem.  The blouse will be great for the spring 🌞 I'm preparing my hair in the window before photoshooting 😂 Pattern from Symagasinet #103 03/2011
