Blue Blouse-Top 💙

Image
Sara is wearing a top made of a combination of jersey and satin for the wide sleeves. BLUE is the color for the sky and sea! 🌊 The top has rubberband both at the shoulders and at the wrist.   The top looks nice both inside- or outside the pants. The back neck is cut streight off. Black is Black ♥

I'm wearing my new black blouse in the autumn leaves🍁 together with my  Fancy Pants . This is a pattern I have used over and over again, - and I still love the style! I have used poplin with stretch that doesn't wrinkle.   The blouse has hidden button placket. First I'm sewing the collar together, then add the collar stand. The collar is finished. I'm found of button "diamonds"💎 BurdaStyle pattern #111 02/2020

Dress for a Sweet Girl 💕

Image
I use this fabric when I made T-shirt for the boys, but then the lovely sister said: "Can I have one as well?"  So I decided to make a dress of the fabric I had left. Since the fabric had many colors I could choose between many colors to fit for the skirt, and the lime jersey was a great match! 💚 All the pieces are cut and ready to be sewn together. The skirt is gathering and sewn to the upper part. The hem and sleeve hem are sewn with the coverlock machine. I have used the same jersey for the binding around the neck. A Sweater became a Skirt! 💛

My lovely model and singing Star Torhild ♪♫ The skirt is made of a wool sweater turned up-side-down with a rubberband at the waist. The  Refashion Top  is from an earlier project.  The yellow sleeves have been used to make  Another Dress  💛 These are the garments I have used to make the twin-set. Very simle, but stylish 💫 Torhild on the Catwalk 😉

Fantail Shirt!

Image
This is my favorite color at the moment! 💙 - and together with printed chiffon fabrid for the sleeves - I just love it! I'm not a big fan of pdf pattern, but it's very easy to order! This Fantail shirt pattern is from  The Sewing Revival I found this cool printed chiffon in my stash and thought it would be nice together with the jersey. I had to think twice which color to choose for the bias around the neck. I ended up with black chiffon! The hi-low effect for the hem is nice - and also with the rubber band in front.
