Knotted Waist Blouse💮

Image
I bought only one meter of this viscose fabric from  Abby's Tekstiler.no   and I thought it will be nice to make a blouse with short sleeves. The pattern is from BurdaStyle 7/2005, and I have made a  Flower Blouse  once before. The back seam, princess seams, shoulder- and side seams are stitched together. I stitched the collar, and then the facing around the neck and for the button list. Then I made the lining and the ribbon for the waist. The short sleeves are gathered both at the hem and the shoulders. Then the sleeves are stitched to the armholes. BurdaStyle pattern #107 07/2025

I thought this lovely flower fabric was great for a new blouse🌸 This is a pattern I have tried before when I made my  Linen Blouse   I cut all the parts, and iron vliseline on the button parts, and the collar parts. The facing for the button-list are iron double and to the inside. Both the outher- and inner yok are stitched to the back panel. The collar are stitched together and the hand-stitched to the inside. Then the sleeves has to come. The fabric I have used is viscose and it's very delicious to wear. Näahtrends Magazine 02/2024

Delicate Blouse 🌸

For this blouse I have used Viscose with dobby -  colorful flowers watercolor that I bought at  Lysthuset.no It's based on  BurdaStyle pattern #106 02/2026.  It's an easy blouse to make, and I started with the slits at the back. Then I gathered the front and stitched the shoulder seams together. I made the loops for the collar at the back. Then I  stitched the collar to the blouse, and hand-stitched it on the inside.    I stitched the side seams together and the hem to the inside.              Then I stitched the hem sleeves, and attached the sleeves to the blouse.                                                                                     This is how the...

I wanted to surprice out granddaughter with this lovely sweatshirt sweater💜 The fabric is rather cool with flowers in the middle and white on the sides. Therefore I used the whtie part for the long sleeves. I hope she will be happy with it :) Ottobre magazine 01/2024

Flower Blouse 🌸

I like my  Bat-Sleeve Blouse  very much, so I decided to make another one! All the parts are in place :) At first, I stitched the inserts at the back, and stitched the back panels together. I stitched the insert for the front panels. The shoulder- and the side seams are stitched together, and also the hem to the inside. I decided to make a double layer for the buttons in front. This is how it looks like on the wrong side. I made the collar with collar-stand, - and stitched it around the neck of the blouse, and hand-stitched the inner collar in place. I'm super happy how the blouse turned out! :) BurdaStyle #111 07/2025
