Cool Jacket & Sweater!
Boys love to wear a sweatshirt sweater or a jacket with hoodie, and especially made of such kind of fabric :) Pockets is a must have too. I decided to use black ribbed fabric for the pocket opening, as I used for the cuffs and at the hem for the jacket, and turquoise for the sweater. I had to shorten the zipper at the top since it was to long to fit the jacket opening. I made button holes in the hoodie for the tie. It makes me happy to see that the kids love to wear the garmente that I make :) The sweater has the same pocket with ribbet fabric as the jacket. I found a great tie for the hoodie that fit very well in my stash. Both the jacket and the sweater are based on a BurdaStyle pattern.
Shirt with Cars 🚗
This little Cutie 💙 wanted to have a shirt with cars 🚓🚕🚗 and he was so Happy when he got this shirt 😃 I choose to use red ribbon as a finish around the neck and cuffs. Cute boy 💙 Ottobre Kids 01/2012
Boy's Sweater & Pants
Who doesn't love to hav a cat 😸 or a dog 🐶 I found the sweet fabric in my local store Singer Bernina Sysenter I wanted to make a nice sweater for my niece lovely boy, and thought this fabric was a great choice. Both patterns are from Ottobre Kids. The left sleeve has a little pocket at the shoulder. The neck has aslit for buttons, and of cource I chose to use orange buttons:) I have used double rib around the neck and sleeve hem. Ottobre Kids 01/2012 The pants have pleats at the waist and two folds at the knee as decoration. The pants has back-pockets as well. I use a cardboard template for the pockets so that it is easy to iron the seam. Ottobre pattern
Shirt with Tractors & Cars! 🚜🚗
A fancy shirt with tractors or cars are boys favorite! There is a lot of nice fabric for the kids and it's hard to choose sometime, but usually I know what they like 😊 The tractor-shirt is made with long sleeves combined with a plain color around the neck. For the car-shirt I used another color both around the neck and as finish at the sleeve hem. I have used a pattern from Ottobre Kids.
Heaven full of Stars ⭐⭐⭐
I made a pyjamas for this lovely boy, but it's a great playing suit as well :) It's based on pattern from Ottobre Kids that is easy to make. Ottobre kids pattern 04/21
