I think my sister in law looks lovely in the dress I've made 💙  I have used the same pattern once before and made a  Satin Dress but I prefer a fabric with a bit stretch. The dress is made of jersey blend bought at  Alfatex.de . The dress is gathered under the bust, and I have used woven ribbon on top  of the gathering as a decoration, and the straps are made of the same ribbon. I have used the same pattern once before, but then I made it in satin.  I have to say that it's better in jersey because it's easier to move :)  BurdaStyle pattern #117 05.2008

I fell in Love with this colorful fabric with flowers and butterflies and thought it would be nice for a Lovely summer dress for Sara 💗 The top is made with 3 layers since it's draped and gathered to fit, and it has a little flounce on top of the V-neck.       The skirt is gathered as well, so the dress is very fluffy! 😍 Burdastyle pattern #103 03/2017
