Relaxed Outfit 💖

Image
The baby-girl is Happy with her new outfit 😄 I had a bit left of this beautiful flower fabric after I made a Top for another Sweetie . I found some grey jersey to combine with,  so I had enough fabric to make a top and leggings.  I didn't have any ribbed fabric, so I used the same jersey around the neck. I have made to button-holes for the left shoulder, so it's easy to take off and on. I also had to make the waist-band and the finish for the legs with the grey jersey. She loves to play with her trolley 😉 Both pattern from Ottobre Kids 4/2023

Cotton Voile Blouse 🌼

I bought this lovely Liberty cotton voile at Skipper Stoffer in Copenhagen. It's very soft and delicious to wear. I deceided to make a blouse and found a pattern that I have used once before  when I made an  Abstract print Blouse . At first, I cut out all the parts. I have iron vliseline for both the insert at front and the finish for the sleeves. I stitched the upper-part for the neck, and turned it.  These parts are stitched around the opening at the front. Then I stitched the shoulder seams and the neck-band. The sleeve has a lot of pleats that are stitched together. The split for the sleeves are stitched in place. This is how it lookslike. I attatched the sleeve-bands and turned them to the inside, and hand-stitched them in place. The sleeves are attached to the blouse, and the blouse is finished. BurdaStyle pattern #111 06/2019

Blouse with lots of Flowers! 🌸

It's not often that I use Patrones pattern,  but I found this magazine when we were visiting Germany. I love this beautiful viscose, and it was the last piece I had left after I made my Flowery Dress .  At first, I stitched the shoulders and the sides together. I made a yok for the inside as well,  even though it was not in the instruction. The collar is stitched together,  and the collar stand. The collar is stitched in place and also the short sleeves. The blouse was a great match for my  Orange Skirt  :) Patrones pattern 02/2024

Golf-print Dress! ⛳

Image
I had a small piece of this nice golf-print fabric in my stash that I thought was very cute. Since her parents loves to play golf, I had to try to make a dress for their babygirl 💕 At first, I made the top and have used cottonvoile for the lining. The pint is rather nice at the back of the top as well. Then I gathered and attatched the skirt. I decided to use this cotton with fringles that matched the top. Then I hand-stitched the lining in place. She loves to get new clothes :) When you look at the tiny little persons on the fabric, it's just amazing... Since I had a bit fabric left, I had enough to make a little belt. I found the pattern in Burda Special 1997
