Wool with Autumn Flowers 🍂

Image
I love to wear wool this time of year!❄️   I had a bit fabric left after I made this  Wool Dress . The fabric is reversible, but I chose to use this side once again.  I was lucky to have enough fabric for a sweater with long sleeves. I cut a notch at the sleeve hem, so it doesn't get so thick when stitching the sleeve-hem. Since the neck is rather long, you can choose to use it this way,  - or use it double. The sweater is based on BurdaStyle #111 10/2021

Boy's Fancy T-shirt

Printed jersey - that's what kids love to wear :) A T-shirt is great both for school and holiday! It's my choise of fabric, but I'm happy that the boys likes it 😉 Ottobre Kids #30 04/2021

Batwing Dress! 🦇

Image
This is the second time I use this pattern from BurdaStyle 07/2018.  I made another dress earlier that I called I wish I could Fly. The dress has very wide sleeves, and that makes it very unique! As you can see, the dress has very big bat-wings! At first, I stitched the double layer for the tiny collar, Then I stitched the facing around the neck. The dress has slits at the side-seams. The sleeves are very cool :) The dress looks very nice with a belt too :) BurdaStyle pattern #110 07/2018

Top with gathered neck-band!

After I made my Maxi Dress for a wedding , I had a bit left of this beautiful fabric 💕 I couldn't let it go, så I decided to make a top. I have used the pattern earlier when I made a  Blue-Flower Top .  The neckband is made of three layers, and gathered on the upper part  and stitched on top of the front neck-band.  Then the neck-band are stitched to the front- and the backpart. I have combined the front part with satin fabric. The shoulders and the side seams are stitched together. The facing for the neck-band are stitched in place. I have used three times rubber-band as a finish for the short sleeves. - and the top is finished! BurdaStyle pattern #108 02/2018

Top & Skirt with printed fabric :)

I thought this fabric was a great choise for a Sweet Girl 💗 At first, I decided to make a top, but I realize that I had enough  fabric to make a mini-skirt as well.    The top is gathered at the shoulder, and that's what she like :) I made cuffs as a finish at the sleeve hem. Ottobre Kids 01/2012 I made side pockets for the skirt. The skirt has rubber-band at the waist. Burda Kids 01/2024
