Think Pink :)

Image
My lovely model Sara💕 It is not easy to work with chiffon and jersey together.. The pattern is from BurdaStyle issue 07/2010. I was curious about the pattern and had to give it a try, and I have to tell it was worth the effort! I have used the jersey for lining as well. BurdaStyle pattern 07/2010

Flower Sheath Dress

Image
Hooray for Summer! ☼  Fabric with flowers is cheerful and when I found this in my stash I thought it would be perfect for this sheath dress pattern!  Love everything about it; the style, the pockets and the cap-sleeves!  I was lucky to have lining which suits the color too :) Burdastyle pattern #102 05/2019 Thanks BurdaStyle for featuring My Dress !

Refashion Top & New Skirt

Image
This is a lovely top I had from my mum💗 I have just made a wider neck, some pleats in front and added a waistband. I made an easy skirt to fit with the top with darts at the back, and then it's a New dress!

Triangles!

OHLALA! This is also one of the newest pattern from  BurdaStyle  ! First of all: I'm in love with this fabric ♥ It's also bought in St Petersburg together with my sewing friends ✂ It's cotton with stretch and satin lining with polka dots. The upper part of the dress is one pcs with cap sleeves which makes it's very nice. The skirt with slits makes it flow when walking, so I imagine it will be the perfect dancing dress ♪♫ Burdastyle pattern #108 05/2019

Easy Refashion & FUN

Image
This is an Easy way to make a refashion dress! I have only used two old T-shirts. As you can see on the picture below: I have cut of the sleeves, and the lower part of the white to make it fit to the waist. I have also cut the the letters of the front part as a V-neck and turned it back-forward. I have adjusted the the upper part of my son's T-shirt with curves to fit like a skirt. Then sewing it together to make a dress. To make a little popping I made a ribbon around the neck,  and put a string through the holes in the ribbon😉
