Jacket with Sleeve & Pocket Origami💛

For this jacket I have used two different origami techniques:
1. Petal origami on the right sleeve and
2. Pocket origami for the right front.

Both origami techniques I have learnd by TR Cutting School 🙏

I start with drawing the lines where I'm gonna insert the triangles.

This is how the pattern look like when it's finished.

When putting the pattern together, this is how it's going to be.

I have choose to use yellow cotton fabric because this color makes me in a Good Mood!
I cut it out and fold it, sew it, adn then it's finished.

Pocket for the right front part.

This is how the patten looks like when it's finished.

You can see how it's gonna be after folding it together.

Front part is sewn together, and you can put a pencil in the pocket 😊

I cut out the other parts for the jacket.
The peplum below the waist was to wide, so I had to adjust it a bit.

To make nice curves it's important to cut small notches.

The front part,

- and the sleeves are finishedl.

I have used microsatin as lining.

I'm Happy with the outcome! 💛💛💛
The Dress with Waves is an earlier TR project.

The jacket is based on BurdaStyle #122 05/2015
