Blazer for a Young Man!

I wanted to make a blazer for our son.
I asked him if he like this canvas linen, and he said: "Oh, that's cool!"
I found the fabric at

I have cut all the fabric pieces.

The welt pocket is sewn in place.

I have made outside pockets, but it's not so easy to see.

I have used both "sleeve fish" and shoulder pads for the shoulders.

The lining is made of cotton,
I have only used micro satin for the sleeves.

I have used vliseline for both collar pieces to make it stable.

The Linen Shirt is from an earlier project!

To finish the collar I have made a seam close to the edge.

I have made a slit at the sleeve hem with buttons.
