Ellen's Sewing Passion

This is a dress pattern with very deep armholes, so the sleeves are very wide  and therefore I had to cut them in a single layer of fabric.   The front- and back panels are cut in heavy jersey, and I used satin fabric for the sleeves. I stitched the shoulder- and the side seams. The fabric around the neck is just folded to the inside.  I stitched the sleeves together, and the sleeve hem. - and the dress is ready for a party :)
