Vest & Pants ♪♫
Linen fabric is perfect for making pants and vest :) I have used linen with heavy structure, and the garment keeps the shape. I had to cut all the parts, so I was sure to have enough fabric. The front and back panels are stitched together. I made facing around the front edge and also for the hem of the vest. I have used double layer of soft cotton around the arm holes, and top-stitched. I made button holes and stitched the buttons in place. I also top-stitched around the neck, front-line and hem. I have used Marfy pattern #3247 It's nearly the same as BurdaStyle pattern #120 11/25 As you can see, the pants are very wide, but that's what I like :) I made different pockets for the pants, and therefore I had to change the pleats in another direction than it shows in the instruction.
