Baby's sweater!

Image
I like to use leftovers, and I had just a bit of this great fabric  that I made a  Basic Top  earlier. I was lucky to squeese out a little top with sleeves for a baby. I made the cuffs of the same fabric as well. Ottobre Kids 03/2017

Dress with Drawstring!

Image
This is a pattern I fell in love with :) I decided to use jersey instead of viscose fabric.  The darts for the to is stitched in place. I stitched the invisible zipper at the back. I made the draw-string for the shoulders, - and the facing for the neck. The shoulders are stitched together, and the seams had to be stitched  on both sides of the seam for the draw-string. Then I stitched the facing in place. My zipper wasn't long enough, but I don't like to have the neck to narrow, so it was all right to leave the opening at the back. I had to gathered the sideds before stitching them together. I think the draw-string makes the gathering at the shoulders very nice. I'm Happy how the dress turned out 💙 BurdaStyle #103 03/25

Blouse with wide sleeves!

Image
I had a bit left of this wonderful viscose fabric after I made a  Dress in my Favorite fabric  ! I was happy that I had enough to make a blouse :) I have cut all the parts. The back parts are stitched together. I made the opening for the front and stitched it to the lover part. The sleeves are gathered. The shoulder seams are stitched. The collar is stitched together with the collar-stand. Then stitched around the neck. The sleeves are stitched together with the cuffs, and to the shoulders. Then the side- and the sleeve seams are stitched. - and the blouse is finished :) BurdaStyle pattern #101 02/2008

Flower Top!🌸

Image
I made this magic flower Top to fit my Yellow outfit!🌸 I have used a pattern from BurdaStyle magazine from February. It has buttons at the sleeves that makes it unique :)  It's a short top, but it's nice to use together with a skirt. I stitched the bias around the neck and turned it to inside, and top-stitched around.   It's the sleeves that are the statment of the top, and I like it a lot! It's an easy top to make :) BurdaStyle #103 02/25
