Since I had some cotton voile left after I made my  Blouse I had enough fabric to make a little blouse for our granddaughter as well 💗 This is a cute pattern with gathering at the waist, and opening at the back. At first, I stitched the shoulds together, then I stitched the facing around the neck. The lower parts are stitched together and gathered, and then stitched together with the upper part.  The sleeves have slit for the opening and a finish with buttons. I have stitched the sleeves together and also the bias at the sleeve hem. The blouse is finished! Ottobre Kids pattern 03/2017

I'm going to be a grandmother for a new baby-boy! Therefore I wanted to surprice the parent with this soft Chenille romper for the baby. I had enough fabric to make a little baby-hat as well. The romper only need to have buttons in the front. Then I stitched the baby-hat toghether. I had to hand-stitch on the insice of the bias. I hope it will fit the little boy. Ottobre Kids pattern

  I wanted to make a new dress for my nephew's wedding 💖 I was lucky to find this beautiful silk blend in a local shop in Haugesund. I choose to use the same pattern as for the  Maxi Dress  I made earlier, BurdaStyle pattern #121 06/2019 that I love very much! I started with gathering the bust-pieces to fit the under layer. Then the layers are stitched together, and the draping are in place. I stitched the side seams,  and stitched the lining for the upper-part in place. The shoulders are stitched together, and also the front. The square short sleeves are overlocked and stitched to the inside all around, except for the part that are stitched to the dress. The upper part is finished, and the skirt is stitched to the top. I hand-stitched the lining to the inside of the waist.   The zipper is stitched at last.  I measured the circle of the skirt, and it was 425cm!
