Flower Power :)

Flower is summer! 🌺🌻🌼🌷🌹
I fell in Love with this fabulous flower fabric in St Peterburg!
At first I wanted to make a pair of pants,
but then I realize I could sew both a jacket and a shorts!
I like to wear feminine clothing, and I love blazers with peplum.
I started with sewing the shorts and it was very easy to sew.
The fit is good and it feels like wearing a mini-skirt :)
The knotted top was a bit tricky to sew at first, but when I read
the instruction and found out that the front was double it made sense.
Cheers and Happy Holiday! 🍦

  2. Fabulous Ellen..... just fabulous!! Love your choice of fabric and that you paired the Peplum Jacket with the Shorts. Such a great look. And the twist top is perfect! It's a great little top without being a bodysuit. And you are right.... the shorts do wear more like a mini skirt. You have got a great sense of style. :)
