Dress from the 90's ⭐

I'm going back in time and enjoying looking at old sewing magazine.
I found this dress pattern that I wanted to give a try!
It's more like a vest and skirt together, so I need to use a blouse underneath :)

I made the pocket flaps first and then stitched it in place on the other pocket piece.

The darts had to be sewn first.

The skirt has pleats at the front hem.
The skirt has two splits at the front panel.

The top is made of two layers.

The collar is stitched together in the seam around the neck.

The collar and the sleeve opening are top-stitched.

Then it's just to stitch the top and the skirt together.

This is the back part.
