Linen Jacket with Short Sleeves 💛

This is a pattern I fell in love with 💛
I was looking in old Burda magazine, and found this in no. 7/97 :)
I decided to make the jacket in linen, and I think it was a good choise.

All the parts are cut out in the fabric.

I started stitching the inserts in place,
both for the front and the back part.

This is how it should look like.

I made the short sleeves, and hand-stitched the hem.

I have used cotton poplin for the lining.

The lining is stitched together.
The short sleves are without lining.

It was a bit tricky to stitch the lining in place at the foldings.

I hand Stitched the hem before stitching the lining for the hem.

I made an opening at one of the side-seams for turning the jacket.

I had to use my new name-tag :)
