Denim Dress!

I wanted to have an easy dress to wear at the office for this time of year,

and I bought this nice denim crepe at Lysthuset.no

I have made two other version of the same pattern:

Dress made of Scarf and the Flowery Dress

I stitched the shoulder- and the side seams together.

I made the collar for the neck.

Then I stitched the button holes in place.

I found out that the easiest way was to sew the buttons in place before stitching the skirt to the top. 

I decided to make side-pockets to the dress.

The skirt has no opening, so you just put the dress over your head.

I made the flounces for the cuffs of the sleeves.

I have used very narrow zig-zag stitches, and cut of the exstra edges.

The cuffs are ready to stitch together with the sleeves.

I made the sleeve opening first,

Then I stitched the cuffs to the sleeves.
