Crossing back Dress!

I'm always curious how the dress pattern will turn out in real..

I chose to use linen fabric because it's rather stady.

I stitched the single welt pockets to the front panel.

Then I stitched the side panels at front.

I have used an exposed zipper at the back.

The waist band are stitched at the back panels.

Then I stitched the back side panels before I stitched the side seams together.
I made button holes at the back panels, and sew the buttons in place.

I like the side pockets.

This is how the dress looks on at the back,
but I think I prefer to use a jacket or a blouse underneath.

The Yellow Jacket is an earlier project 💛

I decided to hand-stitch the hem.
