Jacket & Pants for a Sweetie💓

 
I found this fabulous sweatshirt fabric with flossy inside on Lysthuset.no
I think it will be delicious to wear at wintertime❄️

At first, I cut all the parts for the jacket.

I started with the pockets, and have stitched a cotton fabric as lining 

before stitching the ribbet fabric at the pocket opening.

Then the pocket are stitched to the front parts.

The shoulder- and side seams are stitched before 

I sew the ribbed jersey as a finish for the hem.

Since the fabric is very heavy, I cut one part of the seam off, and then stitched the seam flat.

The same I had to do for the hoodie.

I stitched the hoodie in place before the front zipper.

Then the sleeves have to be stitched on the jacket.

I also decided to cover the inside zipper.

In lack of fabric, I had to make two parts for the back panels.

Ths pockets are a nice detail that I know she gonna like :)

I decided to use the same ribbed fabric for the waistline and for the finish at the legs.
